ALL AGES WELCOME

Roosevelt Island Day is this Saturday June 6th from 11 AM on

Firefighters Field (field across from Granny Annie’s near the Tram)

iDig2Learn is thrilled to join RI Day for the second year in a row.

We will be in good company tabling with others in a “nature row” which includes the RI Garden Club, HAKI Compost (free compost), Jay Holmes (microscopic society and formerly of the American Natural History Museum) who is a Xerces Pollinator Ambassador sharing his pollinator expertise with fun activities plus a local leader from Wild Stem who does beautiful flower arrangements.

iDig2Learn is excited to donate nearly 200 flowers for planting as we team up with RIOC for Roosevelt Island Day 2026 this Saturday in Firefighter’s field. This is possible thanks to grants and supporters like you!

Please join in the fun. Tools and plants provided.
