Received this report and images of overcrowding on Roosevelt Island Tram from reader:
I’m not sure how long this lasted… but the tram was unusually
crowded this evening (Around 6:30 when I was there). I heard the F
train wasn’t running normally, causing every commuter to depend on the
tramway.
