Image of Octagon Tennis Courts From RIOC Roosevelt Island City Council Member Jessica Lappin’s office reports that the New York Junior Tennis League ( NYJTL ) is starting up a free tennis program for kids between the ages of 6-18 at the Octagon Tennis Courts beginning Monday May 2.
