Image From Thrillist Pier NYC Video There was a brief one day delay, but just learned that Roosevelt Island’s Pier NYC waterfront restaurant, owned by the guys from the Riverwalk Bar & Grill , passed its Health Department inspection today and will be open for business this summer starting tomorrow at 11 AM. A GREAT DAY FOR ROOSEVELT ISLAND.
