Reported earlier today that Eddie’s Pizza Food Truck would be coming to Roosevelt Island this evening setting up on West Road opposite Starbucks. They arrived about 4 PM

I tried Eddie’s thin crust whole wheat spicy chicken with pepper pizza 10 inch bar and took it up to our rooftop deck with a Ginger Beer.
The pizza was light, flavorful and very tasty. Will certainly order from Eddie’s again and try some of their other dishes.
