It’s cold outside today. Right now the temperature is 12 degrees but with wind chill it feels like -6.
It’s so cold that ice is heading up the East River passing Roosevelt Island today. The Roosevelt Island Twitterverse shows the East River ice underneath the Queensboro Bridge and passing shadow of the Tram yesterday.

passing Roosevelt Island today.
