Did you know you could walk from Roosevelt Island to 59th street and Lexington Avenue in 21 minutes across the East River? At least Google Maps says you can. According to the Roosevelt Island Twitterverse:

Google’s mapping of Roosevelt Island transportation has not improved much since 2010 when they made the same suggestion to walk across Roosevelt Island to Manhattan.
