During May 14 RIOC Real Estate Advisory Committee meeting agenda item on the Roosevelt Island Cultural Center (full audio web cast here ), I asked about the fee policy for Roosevelt Island groups that could not afford to pay for its use. RIOC’s Chief Financial Officer Frances Walton and Permits Director Donna Masly said they thought the fee policy was reasonable for all.
