Good afternoon All,
Summer has been spoiling us so far, let’s enjoy these days when they last 🙂 The RI Moms on the Move (RI MoM) walk and exercise group will meet this THURSDAY August 6th, at 9:30AM, directly at the Soccer Field between Manhattan Park rainbow pool and the Octagon.
All moms, moms to-be, moms of all ages, moms’ friends and daddies are warmly welcome!
Please bring some toys to share and a blanket.
The exercise part is voluntary! This week we will work mostly on thighs and bum, be ready for a challenge 😉
