According to the MTA Weekender , there will be Roosevelt Island F train service
to and from Manhattan this weekend. Kudos go to Paul Arnold, a visitor to Roosevelt Island from Indiana, for suggesting the caption to New Yorker Magazine cartoon at top which captures Roosevelt Island residents F train weekend frustrations. Mr Arnold experienced Roosevelt Island weekend F train disruptions while staying with a friend who lives here. Mr. Arnold explained to his Roosevelt Island friend:
