all summer in front of 30 River Road. Maybe if you post the photos, the appropriate parties will get it fixed.

Fire hydrant complaints can be reported to NYC web site. UPDATE 4:30 PM – According to a Manhattan Park representative:

The hydrant was knocked over on 8/17/15 sometime between 12:00pm and 1:15pm

I put a call immediately to 311 and we are awaiting repairs.

I have put in several calls since. The city claims they will repair in 5 days.

We are patiently waiting as well as making additional calls.
