On a beautiful late Sunday afternoon yesterday, the Roosevelt Island Hope Church hosted a free neighborhood summer festival at Good Shepherd Plaza with a community meal

carnival games enjoyed by young

and slightly older,

cotton candy,

and a dunk tank with Pastor Dan Sadlier the target.
