According to the Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC):
NYPD and PSD Chief Jack McManus announced early Friday morning that 22-year-old Roosevelt Island resident Farris Koroma surrendered to authorities at the 114th Precinct in Astoria. He admitted to being the suspect wanted in last week’s random shootings at a Manhattan luxury high-rise apartment building. He was charged with reckless endangerment, possession of a weapon and criminal mischief.
