There will be no Roosevelt Island subway service from Manhattan this weekend.

According to the MTA:
Jul 10 – 13, Fri 9:45 PM to Mon 5:00 AM
No Jamaica-bound F service at 57 St, Lexington Av/63 St, Roosevelt Island, and 21 St-Queensbridge …
… For service to Roosevelt Island and 21 St-Queensbridge , take the F to Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av (or Steinway St, after 11 PM) and transfer to a Manhattan-bound F .
For service from these stations, take the F to 47-50 Sts-Rockefeller Ctr and transfer to a Jamaica-bound F….
I asked Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) Director of Communications and Public Affairs Becky Beaver:
There is no Roosevelt Island subway service from Manhattan this weekend which will probably cause long lines at the Tram if there are a lot of tourists and frustration for residents trying to get home. Will RIOC be running both tram cabins this weekend? Any comment from RIOC on running both cabins and how you will handle the long lines?
Ms Beaver replied:
We will have both cabins in operation
Yes. PSD is aware of the service changes and will be monitoring lines and conditions at the tram.
Be prepared for possibility of long lines at the Tram.
UPDATE 7/11 – There were no long lines at the Manhattan Tram station today even with no Roosevelt Island subway service from Manhattan this weekend. The Manhattan Tram Plaza was empty,

though the platform and cabins were crowded

but nothing out of the ordinary.
Hopefully, Sunday will be the same.
