Earlier this evening, a disabled truck stopped traffic on the Roosevelt Island Bridge ramp. According to this Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) advisory issued at 9:13 PM:

There is a disabled truck on ramp.traffic will not be able to come on the island or go off of the island at this time.
