Wed 10/7: Simulated Explosion at E. Main Street & N. Loop Road on Roosevelt Island (MN), 9:30AM-1:30PM. NYPD & FDNY will be on site. NYCEM – Notify NYC (@NotifyNYC) October 6, 2015
A RIOC spokesperson clarifies that the simulated explosion will occur inside the steam plant and not on road.
