According to the MTA Weekender , there will be Roosevelt Island F train service

to and from Manhattan this weekend. Also, as reported yesterday , the Roosevelt Island Operating Corp ( RIOC ) reports that only 1 Roosevelt Island Tram Cabin will be operating for the month of November starting Monday, November 7, and:
