As reported yesterday , the E train will replace the F train for Roosevelt Island subway service to and From Manhattan this weekend. Also, long lines at the Tram Stations will continue through the end of year due to the Roosevelt Island Tram Platform renovation project. UPDATE 8/20 – Crowded tram conditions continued today.
