On Saturday June 6 there will be a No War on Cuba Speak Out featuring several Roosevelt Island residents, recently returned from Cuba, who will give eyewitness reports on the devastating impact of the Trump-Rubio Washington brutal economic war against our Caribbean neighbor. The Speak Out will also feature a representative from the Cuban Mission to the United Nations. The event is free and open to the Roosevelt Island public at the Chapel of the Good Shepherd (543 Main Street). Light refreshments will be served.
