A reader of this Beta Beat article noticed and was concerned that the Smallpox Hospital ruins would be lost to make way for the new school.

There is no need to worry that the Renwick Ruins Smallpox Hospital will be removed for the Cornell/Technion School. The Southpoint Park Renwick Ruins Smallpox Hospital is not part of the current Goldwater Hospital site that is the planned location for the Cornell/Technion School.
