The Jewish High Holidays begin this Friday September 11 with Rosh Hashanah

followed by Yom Kippur starting Sunday September 20.

Roosevelt Island has two active Jewish congregations, the Chabad of Roosevelt Island and the Roosevelt Island Jewish Congregation.

According to the Chabad of Roosevelt Island:

The Chabad Of Roosevelt Island invite you to Rosh Hashanah services Friday September 11 (Please contact us for the location) – Sunday September 13 and Yom Kippur services Sunday September 20- Monday September 21.

Unless otherwise noted in the flyer above (Friday evening services and Community Dinner), all activities will take place at the Cultural Center 548 Main Street, Large Studio.
