Without the Queens bound F train service to Roosevelt Island this weekend, the Manhattan Tram station was packed with people. Here is what it was like waiting on the Manhattan Tram Platform at about 5 PM even after a fully occupied Tram just left the station.
As the people on the station boarded the Tram and left for the Roosevelt Island side, ofthers were left waiting
for the next Tram. I was told the crowds were like this for most of the day. The Roosevelt Island Twitterverse asked:
