Tonight, on Thursday June 19, the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC) will be conducting a test of the security system located in Octagon Park. Between 7 PM and 9 PM tonight, expect to see a red light beam projected periodically between Octagon Park and the Motorgate Garage.
