Click here for full article. On July 19, I asked Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) President Susan Rosenthal and RIOC Directors:
The Real Deal is reporting that Hudson Related has filed plans with the building department for Riverwalk Building 8….
Was agreement completed between RIOC and Hudson Related for building 8?
Any statement on terms including affordable housing component?
I also asked Hudson Companies Principal David Kramer same questions. Have not heard back yet. Will update when more info available. I spoke with David Kramer in July 2014 at the topping out ceremony for Riverwalk Point Building 7. Here’s what Mr. Kramer had to say about the new building construction, plans for a large percentage of affordable housing to be included in future Riverwalk building 8
and the layout
for Riverwalk Buildings 7-9. Stay tuned for more.
