Try something new, meet Executive Chef Andrew, and tell us what you’d love to see on the menu.

With experience in fine dining, private clubs, and high-volume culinary operations, Chef Andrew brings a freshly creative, globally inspired approach to Cornell Tech’s dining program. A graduate of the International Culinary Center (formerly the French Culinary Institute) in New York.

With his signature focus on quality, speed, and consistency, Chef Andrew delivers vibrant, seasonal, and health-conscious menus that blend his Cuban heritage and passion for European, Asian, and Latin cuisines—with dining experiences that are not only deliciously diverse, but also educational, inclusive, and inspiring.

Open Monday-Friday 8am-7pm. Saturday Sunday 11am- 5 pm on the Roosevelt Island Cornell Tech campus.
