I wanted to take a moment to make a few announcements for upcoming events in the month of June:
- On June 7th, as part of the Roosevelt Island Day and conjunction NYC Dept. of Sanitation and Senator Liz Krueger we will host a free Electronic Recycling Event Collection Event from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the RIOAC garden….

The June 7 Roosevelt Island Day E-Waste Drop-off and Collection at RIOAC garden is located in the 540/546 Main Street breezeway and will take place rain or shine.
The weather forecast predicts rain for Saturday so RIOC is considering postponing the Roosevelt Island Day Festivities at Firefighters Field until Sunday June 8 and will make a determination by Wednesday June 4.
