Roosevelt Island’s RIVAA Gallery at 527 Main Street is celebrating Black History Month with the Legacy In Motion art exhibition currently on view through March 1.

Celebrate Black History Month with a vibrant series of hands-on workshops, screenings, readings, and music experiences. From sewing and storytelling to music production and film, discover how creativity transforms ideas into lived expression.
All engagements are free and open to all ages. A suggested donation of $10–$20 helps support the artists and RIVAA Gallery. Contributions of any amount are warmly appreciated.
