Tom Delgado interviews Stacy Horn, author of Damnation Island and Killing Fields of East New York, about the legacy of New York’s Roosevelt Island. It was used as a penitentiary and insane asylum for over 100 years and was the site of abuses and death for much of its existence. Today it is an upper middle class residential enclave. Shot live at Tom D’s Big NY Show on 2/7/26.
