What a shame if these one-of-a-kind views are destroyed in the name of President Franklin D Roosevelt.The Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation Board of Directors will be holding their monthly Board of Director meetings on Thursday and the 9th agenda item is the proposed construction phasing of the Kahn/FDR Memorial.
