Congratulations to Dave & Stella on their recent Roosevelt Island wedding at Lighthouse Park. (The Roosevelt Island scenes start at about the 3 minute 20 second mark). We all know that Roosevelt Island is a place for lovers.I recently heard through the grapevine that there was a surprise wedding proposal made during Riverwalk Bar & Grill’s Wednesday Night Karaoke and it was accepted. Congratulations to that couple as well.Roosevelt Island’s Southpoint Park used to be a great place for outdoor weddings before it was closed this year for construction of FDR Memorial Boondoggle.
