You Tube Video Of 2010 Roosevelt Island Halloween Parade Today was a beautiful, cool, sunny autumn day made even better by the fantastic 2010 Roosevelt Island Halloween Parade that took place on Main Street starting at Blackwell House and finished up in the PS/IS 217 Schoolyard. Great job by the Roosevelt Island Youth Program , Urban American Roosevelt Landings and the Roosevelt Island Operating Corp ( RIOC ) in putting together the Parade.
