Image From RIOC Facebook Page During the June 22 Roosevelt Island Town Hall meeting, NYC Council Member Ben Kallos reported on the Roosevelt Island PS/IS 217 rat infestation problem and upcoming June 29 Rat Academy Program. Mr Kallos also introduced Caroline Bragdon , Director of Neighborhood Intervention – NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene’s Bureau of Veterinary & Pest Control, who will be presenting at the Roosevelt Island Rat Academy.
