but the Roosevelt Island Bridge pedestrian walkway had not been shoveled as of this afternoon.

I believe responsibility for removing snow from the Roosevelt Island Bridge is not with the Roosevelt Island Operating Corp ( RIOC ) but with the NYC Department of Transportation.
