RIOC Meeting In Executive Session To Review Pending Roosevelt Island Real Estate Transactions Today – Octagon, Manhattan Park, Southtown Riverwalk Buidlings 8, 9 & Westview Could Be Discussed

The Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) Real Estate Advisory Committee is meeting later today in Executive Session closed to the public. According to RIOC:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Real Estate Development Advisory Committee of the RIOC Board of Directors will be held on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. at Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation Administrative Offices, Conference Room, 591 Main Street, Roosevelt Island, New York.

Agenda:

1. Chair’s motion for an executive session to review pending transactions subject to negotiation.

2. Other Committee businesses that may be brought before the Committee.

RIOC Director Howard Polivy may have provided a hint of what was to be discussed at today’s meeting during the March 7 Real Estate Advisory Committee meeting ( audio web cast here ) which was open to the public. Mr. Polivy advised that there was to be an upcoming meeting to discuss real estate issues involving Octagon, Manhattan Park, Riverwalk Southtown Buildings 8&9 as well as possibly Westview.
