Avoid the end of the Manhattan bound train platform. There are a bunch of rats near the benches.
After watching the video, a resident adds:
That guy is just standing there so calmly. I would be screaming and flapping my arms and running.
What would you do?
According to NYC Mayor Eric Adams, rat sightings are down this year.
But maybe not on the Roosevelt Island subway platform.
