NYC 2025 General Election Early Voting ended yesterday, Sunday, November 2. As of 3 PM Sunday there were 1635 Early Voting ballots cast on Roosevelt Island at the RIVAA Gallery.

According to The City:

The tallies are in from the nine-day early voting period that ended Sunday afternoon: More than 732,000 New Yorkers have already turned out to cast their ballots, accounting for nearly 14% of the more than 5.3 million registered voters in the city, according to THE CITY’s analysis of the latest city Board of Elections data…. 

The City reports that a total of 1,690 early voting ballots were cast on Roosevelt Island, which represents 27% of the 6,153 Roosevelt Island registered voters. Roosevelt Island was the fifth highest NYC neighborhood casting ballots by percentage of registered voters.

Roosevelt Island is in the Assembly District 76 Election Districts 59-62. The City breaks down the Roosevelt Island early voting by Democrats (1,279), Republicans (88) and Unaffiliated (283).

According to political analyst Michael Lange:

Independent candidate Andrew Cuomo disagrees.

Republican Curtis Sliwa is still hopefull.

Mr Lange projects a supermajority for Democrat Zohran Mamdani with Roosevelt Island voters in Assembly District 76, Election Districts 59-62.

Looks like Zohran Mamdani’s going to be our next Mayor.

But take nothing for granted. Get out and vote tomorrow at the Roosevelt Island PS/IS 217 (645 Main Street).
